Who is the Rahyab?

Rahyab is a prominent short messaging service (SMS) provider in Iran. Over its 16-year history, Rahyab has consistently provided SMS services to a wide range of clients, including important banks, government agencies, startups, and private companies, in the field of bulk messaging. In recent years, Rahyab has experienced significant and notable revenue growth, reflecting its pivotal role in the SMS service industry in Iran.

What was the challenge?

The challenge for this project was to design and develop a bilingual website and service that caters to the needs of a diverse user base, both in English and Persian. Additionally, the project aimed to create a user-friendly panel where customers could submit their requests for bulk SMS services and upload the necessary documents. Ensuring that all of these functions were accessible and functional on mobile devices and responsive to different screen sizes presented another challenge. The project had to balance functionality, user-friendliness, and responsiveness while meeting the specific requirements of the client.

SOLUTION

What did we do to fix the problem?

We adopted a responsive web design approach for accessibility on both desktop and mobile devices. We implemented a bilingual system, selected suitable fonts, and devised a harmonious color scheme for English and Persian. We also created initial wireframes for a standardized user panel interface, streamlining the user experience and improving overall design cohesiveness. These actions collectively resolved the issues and ensured project success.
